Oven Fried Chicken

1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup almonds, chopped and blanched
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup butter
1 clove garlic
10 chicken breast, no skin, no bone, R-T-C

This is a really easy chicken coating, that one can make ahead and stick in the freezer, and just dredge the frozen breasts in melted butter and coating, (work fast!)and pop in the oven for an hour. Easy-peasy.
