The girls are getting big, aren't they? (gulp!) I was thinking I had a little time before I needed to worry about a coop, but I think I am going to have to begin that project in earnest. I have roughed out a plan, and done a little research to verify what I'm pretty sure I already know, after having watched my dad build all the years I was growing up...funny what you retain in those instances, and can I just say here that I'm glad chicken coops don't need electricity? They'll be lucky to get a roof that stays over their head during the first big squall of the season. I of course will be blogging my coop-building adventures, which will be occurring as finances permit, so stay tuned!
