Jo's Taco Salad

Dean's mom used to make this Taco Salad, and it continues to be his favorite. It's what's for dinner tonight. Continues the easy-peasy theme.

1 pound ground beef, extra lean
1 can kidney beans, canned
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 head romaine lettuce
3 whole roma tomato
1/8 cup green onion
2 whole avocados
1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/4 cups corn chips
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika

1. Brown meat, add salt, pepper, kidney beans and chopped olives. cool

2. combine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocados, cheese and doritos. Add meat

3. Blend catsup, oil, vingar, sugar, lemon juice and paprika. Pour over salad and serve.
