Ziti Salad

1 1/2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons oil
1 pound ziti pasta
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2 packets beef bouillon
pepper, to taste
1 dash red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon pickle juice
1 red onion
2 tomatoes
6 sweet pickles
2 small green pepper
1 large shallot
fresh dill

Salt, oil in boiling water, add ziti. Cook al dente. Add next 7 ingredients in large bowl; whisk to incorporate. Dice remaining ingredients, toss in bowl, add pasta and toss. refrigerate for minimum 2 hours before serving. This salad is best next day.

Going to a Mother's Day barbeque...this is the perfect salad to take. :)
